THE PRICE INCLUDES:

- use of the swimming pool (only in summer)
- Bed linen and towels
- Wifi connection
- utilities and heating
- private parking
- use of barbecue
- final cleaning

The amount of the reservation does not include the tourist tax of € 2 per day per person. Due for the first 4 days of stay. Children under 12 are exempt. The fee must be paid upon arrival in cash.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
No penalty for cancellations made within 7 days before the arrival date.
Penalty equal to the amount paid at the time of booking confirmation, for cancellations made within 6 days before the arrival date.
